POLICIES
Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests. The total rental time includes setup,
event duration, and cleanup.
Payment & Rate Policies:
● Monday-Thursday: $100 per hour
● Friday-Sunday: $150 per hour
● A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposit amounts vary based on rental hours:
○ 3-5 hours: $150 deposit
○ 6-8 hours: $250 deposit
○ 9-11 hours: $350 deposit
o 12 hours: $400 deposit
**The remaining cost is due two weeks prior to your event date. Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation of your booking.**
We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility while ensuring we can offer the best service possible. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event:
You can cancel your booking online and receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. The deposit is retained to cover administrative costs and is not refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your event, you will receive 75% of the total payment back. However, 25% of the total payment will be charged as an inconvenience fee.
RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling up to 7 days before the event
You can reschedule your event with no additional charges. Your original deposit will be applied to secure your new date, and no extra fee will be required.
Rescheduling less than 7 days before the event
If you reschedule within 7 days of your event, you will need to pay a $50 rescheduling fee.
**IMPORTANT NOTE**
Online cancellations and rescheduling are only available up to 7 days before your event. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your event, please contact us directly via email, text, or phone call. We recommend reviewing your event plans ahead of time to avoid any unforeseen fees. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. - All guests and belongings must vacate the premises by the end of the scheduled rental
period. Also, the venue must be returned to its original state. An additional incidental fee of $100 will be applied if this policy is not observed. This policy is in place to ensure consideration for other scheduled events that may follow.
Additional Information:
● All bookings require a minimum of 3 hours.
● If you are interested in recurring weekly bookings, please email us, as rates may be adjusted accordingly.
● Decor packages are available to add to your booking. Prices vary based on decor needs and will need to be discussed.
